One thing you'll notice about scientists is they generally try to leave bias off the table. Analyze data and form a conclusion, what liberals and conservatives do is form and conclusion and search for data to confirm that bias. You know, like psychological studies done with government money by liberals to show a conclusion they already "knew".

When politics fund science it's almost always biased is more true. If a libertarian is funding studies on climate change then I doubt they are truly libertarian, doesn't compute. What I was pointing out was that scientists who claim no political affiliation generally adhere to libertarian principles. Funding any studies for political reasons goes against the grain of libertarian thought, does that make sense?
You can keep making generalizations about people you obviously know nothing about though if that's your thing.
