The BLM can use the court system just like anyone else. If you owed me $100 do you think it would be OK if I sent snipers to your home and surrounded the place with armed men and then stole your possessions to sell them on the open market without the approval of anyone? The government has to abide by all the laws the citizen does, it doesn't just get to make the rules up as it goes.

The Federal Government is you and me, its not some person who can own things and keep those things away from the citizens of this land.

I don't recall any one being killed merely because of a disputed bill. I do recall a militia call by a crazy old bigoted old fart that has an over due tax bill. If the cattle continue to feed on federal protected land without payment then YES they should take, keep , sell, eat or whatever to said cattle. I suggested you goggle the Whiskey rebellion of 1791...Georgie Washington would disagree with you about the the willingness and ability of our Government to suppress violent resistance to its laws.

This is the exact same quote that was used by Nazi war criminals to justify their treatment of Jewish concentration camp prisoners; or by Japanese soldiers who raped and pillaged Chinese villages in World War II; or even by government hit men throughout history who have killed innocents because their bosses told them to.

The Fed thinks it can just take whatever land it wants, whenever it wants. The land never belonged to the Feds in the first place, Mexico gave it to the states.

The only violence ever displayed by anyone involved in the Bundy dispute is the Federal government agents.

If you squat on my land (and it is my/our land) I will go to court and get an order and an armed law enforcement officer will physically remove you and your property from my property. What's the difference other than this moocher has made hundreds of thousands of dollars by being allowed to graze his cattle on my land. Pay up or get the Fuck out!!

Its the cows that are freeloading, throw some grain down for your chickens but tell them not to eat it, then enforce the action by killing any chickens that eat said banned grain, see if the other chickens learn not to eat the forbidden fruit.

I think its funny that the BLM says if you graze your cattle on the land it destroys the environment for the tortoise, well it destroys the land if you fail to pay a fee, as long as you pay the grazing fee then it doesn't hurt the land at all.

Bundy is a pretty smart fella, but his cows are stupid.
