Thanks Fss...it is nice to see your avatar pop up.

And I agree Shwag, that button is more needed than I would
have expected when I first got here.

It is like the ability to snap your fingers, or clink your glass...
...a quiet way to say "Kudos".

Lol most of you guys don't remember the days before we had a like button at all. Thats what rep used to be used for. It was nice being able to like multiple posts a day and such to offer that pat on the back we all love when we see 26 notifications hehe.

Thanks Bass! I hope to see how your plants end up.

Yeah Z, I am using Homer Buckets, 5 gallon, with standard hempy material.

They can get pretty light on me, but I never see droop. :0)

Thanks BW!

LOL, I am doing pretty well, but not big enough to need this yet:
View attachment 3009545

It is being offered on Craigslist. (it is a giant bud trimmer)

L8R,

JD
Those things are shit lol. The only machinery that can really clean up a big outdoor crop properly has always been and will always be a busload of hippies. Well if you care about the bud that is. Machines don't give a shit, hippies will put the time and effort needed to get it PERFECT, not a single damaged calyx nor excessive leaf.

You just can't beat the human touch...

I am two or three weeks from cropping now. Hope your year is as good as mine ended up being! Rocky start but spectacular finish. Outdoor season ROCKS! So you guys can plant outside already?! They won't just start flowering? That happens over here if they hit outside too soon, just go straight into flower. If I want to take a plant outdoors from indoors and have it NOT go into flower, we have a 3 week window for planting outside. Before or after, they WILL flower...

My son is 15 and has work enough without getting high at this point in his life...
....so my activities are constrained to the man-cave. I do well with this little space tho.

I can report that the trichs seem to be telling me that the BB breeds are
can be harvested. I am going to flush them with plain water and give them
at least the rest of this, week #9. I may let the Dog go to Week 10 too.

This is great news, as the Holy Grail Kush and a few others, are very ready to go.

Haven't seen any pics of your DOG that you make sound like its at around week 8 or 9. I also have a DOG going that is around week 5 of flowering. Definitely a stinker and oh boy is she coated with trichomes! I'm anxious to see your DOG and Cheese Surprise pics before you harvest!

Did you're DOG stretch much? mine only stretched about 6".

Now all you have to do is find a Java strain to cross that dog with. I can't wait to see her! Did you get dog or DOG? Confusing how BB lists them.

LOL, yes it is confusing.

I did indeed miss the original S1s (?) and have the BX (?) that followed.

I was prepared for a stretch as much as 3X but am sure that it was less than 1X
(again, this is missing on the *right* side ;0).

The Sour Cherry stretched about 0X. LOL It made this lovely little shrub.

I will recheck the trich and will be flushing them this morning.

I will try to get some photos after lights off, and will paste some
shots of the last few days below.

Hello all,

I took down the Cheese Surprise today.

Holy Grail Kush is in the tent!

The Breeder's Boutique breed, Cheese Surprise, delivered a decent
yield of some very tasty looking buds:

I am enjoying how this plant did after I pummeled it with a bug preventative
that really crisped this breed up more than most others. I am spraying
everything but plants with my Kapow! now. It is an oil, and so it sticks a
around and repels. It smells like Lemon Pledge SO MUCH. It really is
wonderful. I also found that some breeds have no problem with it either.

I have viable clones to re-run this, but I am thinking that I might try
to stick a plant into the back yard. This would be fun.

Here is the HGK:

Well, I refreshed the list and I see:
=========================
Ace Of Spades
Ace Purple Haze
Apollo 13 BX
Blue Dream
Blue Pit
Bubba Kush
Cheese
Cheese Surprise
Chem 4
Deep Psychosis
Dinachem
Engineer's Dream
G13 Purple Haze
Green Crack
Holy Grail Kush
Jack Herer
Jack The Ripper
Jack's Cleaner 2
Jake's Dream
Jilly Bean
Kosher Kush
Lemon Thai Kush
Martian Kush
NYC Diesel
Panama
Plushberry
Psycho Killer
Purple Voodoo
Purple Wreck
Skunk #1
Smelly Cherry
Somango
Sour Cherry
Sour Kosher
Super Lemon Haze
The Dog
Trainwreck
=========================

Now, many of these are mothers but perhaps not keepers.

I keep trying new things, and have let a few breeds fall away
(some with regret, like Qrazy Train), and so this list will change.

Now, and this is going to crack you up, I must report that I finally
made a local clone contact. I came, belatedly, to find that San Diego
is practically famous for some of its bud-work.

I wanted to get the clone-only versions of many breeds (ie. SFV OGK,
Blue Dream, Green Crack, etc)

I jumped on this list of new mothers:
=========================
Blue Dream Haze
Casey Dog
Chemgerine
Chocolope
Girl Scout Cookies
Grand Daddy Purple
Dubtech7
Green Crack
Adub
Tahoe OG
Wet Dream
White Fire
=========================

Some of these are really interesting...

Wet Dream == A Local San Diego strain (OB Haze x Blue Dream Haze) This is apparently
the favorite breed of the local band Slightly Stoopid

All I could find of the Adub is that it is a OG Kush cut:

A Dub Og is potent enough for mellow, lasting effects combined with a more focused head high.
Flowers have a pungent, crisp citrus and evergreen scent.

The White Fire is Fire OG X The White. Sometimes referred to as "WiFi OG"

Casey Dog is another local clone only that looks really cool.

Take care,

JD
