This is my first grow, Northern Lights x Ruderalis (Auto). (Seedsman) The plant sprouted about 27 days ago, and height-wise it looks like it won't be long until it starts flowering. (Life cycle is about 2 months) Is it safe to top them still? Or would that be stupid?

I've always topped my plants but I recently watched this video and I'm thinking of doing low-stress training. Does low-stress training create bigger buds or am I fine with topping? Thanks for the replies.
