humidity

Hey everyone.... So it's winter and I'm struggling to keep temps up in my basement veg room. Temp is around 60 w/50% humidity. Its more humid in the basement than upstairs. Should I add a space heater or something? Or maybe a light that creates more heat (vegging with fluros)? My last plant...
