Yellowing seedling leafs?

As far as watering I would go by weight of the pots. Lift them when they are bone dry.. then look for that weight again when thinking about watering. Those pots need water at least Once every 24 hrs. I water mine every morning around 3 hours into the lights on cycle.

I will do that!

I’ve also been doing it with weight (I have another pot with just dry soil to compare) and checking the soil about a inch down.

I do have drainage and a little water comes out of the bottom when I water them.

I’ve been watering about every other day trying not to overwater them as that’s what I did on my first round of plants that died.

Thank you for this again, I did a little research and found most people running this light are keeping it around 30-24inches when first popping up though soil then 24-18 inches until they get about the size of my pots!
