Yellowing Cotelydons on 3 day old seedlings.. Plz HELP!!

I don't know how to fully explain it but you really dont need to feed the plant untill the cotyledons fall off. They provide the nutrients or some shit like that. And eventually they fall off then you might notice a fan leaf or 2 turning yellow that's when you start the feed. I think that's how it works some one correct me if I am wrong.

well yea, but that's only if you're growing in soil medium. Also, the cotyledons will turn yellow and shrivel but they may take forever to fall off. I prefer to just feed early rather than wait for signs of deficiency. So maybe when the cotyledons start to yellow is a good sign to start light feed.

Odd thing is my cotyledons stayed healthy on my plants for almost 2 months in this orchard supply soil mix which cost $8 per 2 cubic ft. and I was giving it straight water for the first 2 weeks.

Thats pretty crazy. Yea when they start turning yellow would be a good time to feed. But his are turning yellow from over watering he said they where yellow when they sprouted this once happen to me the plant sprouted a pale yellow. I kept that soil wet.

Whenever i played w/mg soil i usually had this problem(i like to experiment, what can i say you never know something for sure unless you see it yourself) I think it was because of the terrible drainage and wet dry spots that would develop in the soil. Overwatering is my hunch also, I know you guys pretty much wrapped this one up but i posted in the beggining and figured i'd finish putting my 2 cents in.

I have experimented also a lot with seedlings in there first week. And I found out a lot about coco. Which was killing my plants. I wont get into detail why unless u wanted to know.

Ok so Im thinking now Overwatering is the culprit. I just forgot how they are so precious and need to be treated with extra care...lol

The mix I use doesnt not have coco in it. Ive never used that stuff before. Its a combo of a peat moss n perlite mix with potting soil.

well at this point its gotta be overwatering now the next problem you might run into is some kind of nute burn or ph imbalance. good luck!
