They do a perfec job of regulating the humidity in the jar. I dried my weed too much, so this time isn't a good run for it but I'm telling ya, lazy mans cure right there.

I won't cure without them, to easy to get stoned and forget to burp, or to get stoned while burping (who can resist the smell?) and then forget to put the top on.

Just make sure you get the 62% ones, they run about $1 each w/ free shipping from Amazon.

Based on this and the hairs' colors and recession back into the buds, I say she has a week, max. I said three days earlier but I need to monitor the ambering better. We had guests last night so couldn't check on the ladies. And, may I add, they have no idea and slept in the guest room the weed room shares a wall with. BAM!

Nice trichs pics again...damm, I'm jealous (lol). I see you got rid of the male plant you were going to give to me. On a serious note, I see mostly clear trichs, which IMO would need at least a week. BTW, I thought I remebered you saying that you guys are going to leave the girls for several days to a week. If you are, I have a good suggestion for you that we do all the time. Peace... :blsmoke:

no way jose! the ones you think are clear are cloudy. basically if they're shiny, they're clear. if theyre opaque/cloudy/milky, theyre hitting their peak. and i can baaaarely see a few amber ones, but theyre just starting to turn methinks.

I'm really confused now. BTW, those are thick and pretty girls! When I look at every single picture of yours, I am seeing long straight white pistols. Would you agree with that? Please check out my pictures and compare the readiness of mine to yours. I might be way past ready...IDK. :wall:

aw shucks! thank you so much! i actually just got back from the hydro store and got some (likely overpriced, hehe) ratcheting tools for the Mr. to hang the fan/filter once he gets home from work ;) exciting! our tent is full of monsters... huge monsters... LOL

I'm with bird dog on this, I think you still have 2 weeks to go.
i trust your judgement better than mine, so i'll let her keep going! do you think i should start flushing or using 50% (or whatever) nutes yet?
i think the reason i'm saying it's almost done is bc when i'm using the scope i see the brown/red hairs reflecting in some of the trichomes... cause i never seem to capture *actual* brown trichs, but i see them in the background, if that makes sense... but like i said, i trust y'alls' judgement on this better than my own, seeing as how i've never done this before :P

i might even go 3 weeks, and i would def flush now. flush until you get a decent fade prob about 2 weeks to 3 depending how heavy she feeds.

This is a topic for debate, I cut back to water and unsulferred blackstrap molasses the last couple weeks, I don't flush unless there is a problem. I would not be afraid to add nutrients if they look like they need them though. Right or wrong, the plants let you know if they need something.

where does one purchase "unsulfured blackstrap molasses"? is there a particular brand you would either recommend or stay away from? a grower told us about that while we were in Cali and it piqued our interests. can you tell me a little more about how you do it? i think he said 3mL/gal? but i can't recall...

thanks for the input guys, i really appreciate the help!
