Majority is based on AI and software systems. They are far from perfect
So if you're account is using a VPN, Tor or otherwise Ip address which has been linked to problematic behavior you get kicked into an AI software system which utilizes keywords etc and past behavior to see if your comment lives up to "community standards"
This is how Ig and Fb, and Twitter do it as well, since these are such large corporations the majority that do get caught are against community standards but its not unheard off to see simple words or regular comments be rejected too.
I probably wouldnt be too miffed over it to make a forum post imho its just realizing these systems are far from perfect but there is no physical man power to deal with the overwhelming amount of community posting content on any site,
I mean we cant keep up here on a "small" forum compared to say something like fb imagine how bad theirs are
