Yes, why wait for crumbs when we can take the whole cake.

If we all, ALL, stood at the same time and spoke the truth, they would have no choice but to listen.

All of us right now, just planted in our gardens. What they going to do? Throw us all in jail?

I completely disagree with the first part I underlined. I have met a few people in intense pain after operations in hospital... well two that I can think of off-hand... that needed morphine.
dont get in a huff. what i mean to say is that if you take a pain killer without pain, you are sure to get high. but if you are taking it for acute pain, it works on drowning out the pain and doesn't get you very high.

so i posit that cancer patients do not experience the same high that social smokers do. they actually get relief from pain and nausea, which mitigates some of the uphoria we expect.

That's what I'm talking about. The medical benefits of marijuana are negligible compared to the buzz. So if I want to smoke I've got to go to a doctor and make up some bullshit to make it okay? Compared to modern medicine marijuana is very pale, no competition whatsoever. Your wife's friend may well induce his appetite by smoking but not as well as he could by taking a prescribed medicine. People like to get stoned, even people with HIV. The medical qualities of marijuana are not going to make it legal for us all to smoke. I don't even believe that it's a start. We drink because it gives us a buzz, well some of us prefer to smoke, wtf's wrong with that?

They have no right to tell us we can't grow and smoke weed, no right at all.

I know that these medicinal claimers are full of shit and science is even right now declaring this to be the case. We will always lose the debate because we don't tell the truth.
I don't think you understand bro. When sick people take drugs, they don't get high like you are thinking of- well not in many cases. I am a medical MJ patient and I can tell you that if I smoke at med time ( when I still take perscription meds every 8 hours ) I don't really get " high ". by that time my meds ( both MJ and scrips ) are wearing off and I start to hurt. But if I smoke some 4 hours later, after my meds kick in, I would get higher, as you are talking about. What the MJ allows me to do is take a much smaller doses of the perscription crap they have me on. So I get to feel more human and less like a zombie. And I don't fart all the time like I used to when I was taking much more pain meds:mrgreen:.

Anyhow, the point is: People who are truly sick do not get as high ( or high at all ) when they are taking it for relief.People that are taking medical MJ for say, " anxiety "...that's a different story.

Why is it a different story? WTF do you know about it?

One rule for one and another rule for another?

I didn't realise before that you guys actually feel like you're better than the rest of us. I honestly didn't realise there were two sides.

The two sides I see are... the selfish, and the honest.

There's no such thing as MM in my country. Just cannabis users. This is how it should be, whether legal or not.

You don't get high, it just kills the pain does it? really? Fuck you too.

Jeez man take it easy. I was just relating the issue of getting high vs. how drugs affect you when used for pain management. And it stands true. Look at what I highlighted in the quote of yours.

IMHO no matter what you are using marijuana for it has the same affect.Wether it be pain, stress, anxiety it all boils down to being stoned. I have never heard of anyone say they smoke weed for pain relief and it just takes away the pain and thats it. If that is what some of you are claiming, then you are lying. Marijuana does not take away pain. It gets you stoned which makes you more able to deal with it:hump:

You have no clue. Do you think when someone who is in pain gets "high" off of say, vicodin like some kid who swiped some from their old man and popped them? If you think the answer is yes then there is no saving you.

Im sorry buddy, but you have no clue...To even put marijuana and narcotics like vicodin in the same sentence is wrong...There is no comparison of the 2:joint:
