Would 4 3590 crees be enough for 2x2? And how much would an average build cost?

Sorry for the noob questions. But I've been looking more and more into building a LED for my grow tent, and it seems like 4 3590's would be plenty. Or maybe 2?

How much would an average build cost with 4 cobs, and 2?

Also, last noob question.. Is there any good european located businesses which sell all the parts? All the DIY kits I find are from australia or USA, which is fine, but the shipping is kind of expensive.

Cheers!

4 cob's with dimming would be a good option. There is something in European, Poland I think. @Airwalker16 knows the Web page. He will pop in here I am sure of it.

Thanks! And great call :P

They look really nice, but I was looking at building it myself.. Also, I can't seem to find the shop on the site.. The "GO TO SHOP" isn't a link, it's just text on the site :/
No clue. I bought the cob's from China. Even if you manage to find them in Europe they will cost way more... imo. You can check TME, they have the 3070 at a ridiculous price.

Its hard to find the parts in Europe for the same prices in USA, Citizens prices are pretty close in the UK to USA, primelight sell them. But Cree chips are super expensive from places like digikey and mouser fro the Europeans.
I bought my citizens from the US from northergrowlights, I bought my pin heat sinks and drivers from Kingbright china (Alibaba.com)
When I asked cutter.au for shipping on the cree it wasn't too expensive but if your only after a few then its a bit worse for you since shipping from outside Europe by dhl or fedex have minimum fees for a package.
If I were you I would speak to northerngrowlights and cutter. Both have amazing prices so you would struggle to beat them for the all in one package.

Edit, just as a side note, I have seen pin heat sinks for sale on ebay for £40 that cost $10 from usa or china

There are a few threads about on here that you may be able to find sources for heat sinks and other parts but you would have to have a good search about for them.

I think GrowBox.pl retail those spectrolights
or maybe @rxr2 could speak to you, since he owns spectrolight and designed the light.

I have not seen him on here lately though

Yes. King is fair. 50e shipping in EU. You can buy a big ass heatsink from tme and do that. Total cost for me for 200w was @400usd.

Damn , they are nice looking lights. Very desirable.

These guys sell them
http://growbox.pl/

320w fixture costs €730 , 2.3€/W
240w , €640, 2.6
550w, €1280, 2.3

They seem decent value. Comparing them to a few other option on a €/W basis...

to a kit, say http://timbergrowlights.com/200-watt-cree-cxb3590-4-cob-meanwell-hlg-kit-meanwell-hlg-power-supply/

200w cost €360, 1.8€/W

or prebuilt https://northerngrowlights.com/collections/all/products/photon-180clu1825
190W/340 , 1.8€/W (redonkulous value)

or another premium euro led, LeoLed
125/480, 3.84€/W

I KNOW THIS IS AWFUL WAY TO COMPARE LIGHTS EVERYBODY CALM THE FUCK DOWN.

Another plus point; the owner/designer looks like he's blazed off his tits.
