yup...cigar smokers live or die with humidity/temp.....an everyday battle against mother nature
It's that live or die thing anyway with tobacco brother....I surely hope you can find your way out of that habit one day....my wife and I did it somehow...and I never, ever thought we could. We were so bad.
We love you ISK, don't be dying on us you hear? Where's Who-kie right now?...she should be climbing your case too. Ohhh Who-kie where are you?

Nice . I haven't grown in about two years so how long is your dry time with your 2l's? My dam girlfrind is so impatient shes tryinig to sample my wet buds. I dry my buds in a 6 tier dry rack due to my limited space wich works good. Keep us posted with the sensi big bud and critical +. As I will let y'all know in the near future if hortilab sour star and reserva Privada purple wreck are good candidates for 2l sog. I can tell that g13 labs Pineapple Express is a good candidate for 2l sog. The main thing is that you should have a good mother and take cuttings between 6 to 8" and once they are well rooted go straight to 12/12. Trust me there's no need to veg and Pineapple Express doesn't stretch that much. Majority of my Pineapple Express look like this. I use house of garden nutes and pretty much followed the house of garden nutrient calculator to the "T."
Dry time is somewhat dependent upon the weather here but I would say 3 days summer, 4-5 days in the winter. I'll keep you posted on the grow with the new strains.

How long do you guys keep your mother plants before rotating them out? I think older mother plants are also inhibiting my cloning. I use to rotate them out on a tighter schedule but I wanted to bonsai my moms for a long period of time, which I think creates too much woody growth for cloning. I have been taking shorter clones after cutting the plants back more aggressively, using only the top 2-3.5" of growth (rather than the 8-9" clones I use to take) to avoid woody tissue.

I'm 11 days into my first experiment in RW cube cloning, some roots visible but I'm still trying to dial in my heat pad levels to improve rooting to 6-8 days. Latest round of aero clones are a week in, none have died (which is a vast improvement over my last two batches that I lost), been rotating water out, have them in a more controlled environment with aeration in the rez. I'm also using superthrive and H202 in the water, Ph to 5.8. Its amazing how I had no problems using my aero cloner for years and now I'm having to double check every basic to get good results...

Most of my 6 moms were taken before I moved so they are probably 6+ months old. I have transplanted some to larger containers.

Hempy fever strikes again.....it says 2L on it, is mostly square in cross-section, has comfort grips molded into the back of it and has a dark tint. The contents are good for your cholesterol numbers. Do you think this would be a good mother plant vessel? Hate to throw this away and I've never done a 2L project yet. I'd really like to tie 4 of these together and do a weird form of cluster-f_ck with inter-plant training. Stone's probably been there, done that though.

I just gave my last 3/4oz of G13 Pineapple Express away to a family member with chronic leg pains at night....it's was just too freaking strong and was too much of a "soap opera" upstairs when I smoked it. I opened the jar to show off the dense nuggs and realized they had turned a beautiful golden color...with trich's still glistening in the light. The smell had gotten deeper, danker, almost like a strong boot polish. I loved that grow in mapito hempy's too...but dammed if I didn't meet a monster and back off from the fight. Loving the Mango and Crazy Miss Hyde right now and the Sharksbreath is still a fav too...very nice strains for the mental experience that accompanies pain relief. I can't stand schizoid strains when I'm relaxing from a days work.

NP Jela....to tell the truth, I have not been smoking cigars for the last 6 months....but still consider myself a smoker as I still have about 700 Cuban cigars in my collection, some of which are highly collectible jars....especially to Americans who seem to be willing to pay a premiuim just because they are illegal in the USA

I don't have a cigar that often anymore. My humidor dissappeared during my last move. I just had a great some earlier this month.

Ive never had an issue with health on moms a year old even. You do get woody growth but nodez where you last took clonez should still give you fresh shoots.
