Wondering if these are premature seeds or what?

I did an early harvest of a stem off my plant and I realized these little balls that werent pollen sacs. When I squished them they squirted a “juice” pretty violently and white matter came out. They are also red in color. Are they premature seeds? Will they grow?

It looks like maybe the outer calyx still around the seed. Kind of hard to tell from the pics. See if you can pick it off the seed. Like TreeFarmerCharl said , if they are soft chuck them. If they are hard then keep them out in the dark for a few days to dry out, then treat them like you would any other seed.

From my own personal experience, it seems like seeds don't like to germinate the first week after harvesting. So maybe hold out a little before planting.
