dude i worked at mcdonalds n you get people trying to eat n get more food n lie about their order n get free stuff look it aint my stuff but you get shit from the costomers n sometymes they nevor even asked for no picles yet they make a seen we were robed buy 5 females women at gun point n well they got the money not much but u did get the loud ass people sometymes threating to kill u if you didnt give them what they wanted and then ud get shit from the boss cuzz something wasnt cleaned or done on the last shift n then you had to bust your ass for a lil bit of money ya shit can get to a person but i also have goten shity service today but its an easy fix okay no pickles no mustard.... n dont mess with the help they are just doing their job for nothing nowhere does it say to put up with bullshit wen u get hired. but if she going to the inside to get crazzy ya that pipe is a spachula its not that thick n not heavy but i bet it hurt so he shouldnt have hit her after she surenderd he felt his life was threated get back i would probly have done the same go on the other side mis your order is coming up please be sivle..... ow WHAT BITCH uhhhh n take that u lil fucker get back uhhhhh... just kiding but ya stay on ur side its an easy fix.... miss.....

the first 4 or 5 blows with the pipe were o.k.....once that dumb bitch jumped the counter she had a beating coming..but someone should have taken the pipe from dude afterf he knocked that dumb broad out.

You'd be surprised what some juries will do. A few years back, a woman turned on the cruise control while driving her Winnebago. Then she left the drivers seat like she was driving a boat. Of course the thing crashed, she sued Winnebago...and won for being an idiot.

I agree. If he had wailed on her once or twice, even if it killed her, it's self defense. At a certain point he crossed a line and it became excessive, not necessary for defense. He's lucky he isn't charged for something.

No reason to hit a women with a weapon. Unless she had one. If he had just gotten out of jail for murder I am sure he could handle his self with his fists. He is a chicken shit coward. Push her down. The woman and her friend had no right to climb over the counter. She should have contacted the owner or the manager about poor service. If she had she might have gotten her order free or reduced, instead of one hellva headache.

Kodank - she wasn't a lady. She was the aggressor. That being said, she was a woman and she had no weapons; he shouldn't have hurt her so badly.
