I don't think somebody is tough just because they are black. That is ridiculous. However I do believe that probably per capita their respective populations, there are more tough black guys than tough white guys.

In my experience, it depends on the environment you grow up in. Generally speaking, the middle-classes are soft as shit, be they black or white. Whereas those of us from lower economic areas are a lot tougher due to our experiences growing up. In the states there are more poor blacks than whites, so yes, you're probably right. Over here (the U.K), we are all mixed in.Our poorer areas are a mix of all races.
But to say that somebody is tough just because they are black is so completely false that you have to be a 'tard in order to make that statement in the first place.
