Zooming in on some pictures, looks like the cat. There are evenly spaced marks that are from some large creatures claws or teeth.....like a cats

I don't have a cat, just looks like something is biting or clawing, other than that the plant looks pretty darn healthy

Depends on the cat. Like how some of them love catnip and some don't. My cat ignores my plants, but loves hunting the pests that damage them. Like butterflies, and mice. She came out of my growspace with a mouse hanging from her mouth once.
It's probably mice, if you've ever seen a cat eat catgrass, they can't do it without really tugging at it, your cat would probably have knocked it over on a stand.
