Mostly for use on domeless nails.
After you dab, remove dabber from nail, and place the carb cap on..
It's essentially a lid with a tiny hole strategically placed in the side of the cap.
This does the same exact thing as placing your thumb over the hole on your dome.
It ultimately uses the residual heat generated from the nail to finish off puddles of oil left in the nail after a larger dab.

Ime, Quartz takes forever to season properly and if you get it too hot, I always get that hot glass taste.
