lol @ ^^^ thanks for chiming in all, much appreciated. someone said i should make sure the Nitrogen is in check, should i add more FloraNova grow? i have a splash in there already. my ph is 5.8 now, ph has had very little flux, and the res was changed about a week ago

Yeah i was thinking it might be a light mover issue too Serapis lol.....seriously though man just back off the nutes on your next res change and make sure your ph is on and you should be good. Most nute manufacturers dose recommendations are on the high side so I always start at 1/4 strength and work my way higher. Here is a lockout chart that might help you understand ph and nutrient uptake, I let mine swing from 5.5-6.0

I am assuming you are using a calibrated PH meter. Even if you go below 5.5 or up to 6.5 you won't have much problem because these plants are PH tolerant meaning they will absorb nutrients well. Those plants are weeds. Plus they look like fert burn in the pics however if I could see them it would be easier. It could also be nutrient deficiencies or both.

possilby while calculating your nutes to much is being used. or possibly if using a cheaper measuring tool,the markings are not in the correct place. it only takes being off a little to screw the thing up.also you might not be changing your solution enough. if its dying off this late in the grow, you may want to change once a week instead of every two.

I wouldn’t say misdiagnoses, a nutrient deficiency encompasses a lot. This guy has his ppm way too high, when I was in college we were told to keep our plants at a max of 1700 giving room for the nutrients to raise up to no more than 1800ppm. This guy is using tap, probably reading from the label on how to measure by months and not going by the actual TDS on the meter before feeding the plants. Whey there is too much salt build up around the root system; it will cause nutrient lock out; therefore causing a nutrient deficiency. The best way to clear that up is either sugar water or getting some stuff from your local Hydro store.

If I was him and was working with Tap, I would measure my tape water first, then add my nutrient to the tap water, watching my TDS(PPM) making sure that I did not go above 1700, Then once I've reached my goal I would then add PH up or PH down. Most likely PH up, cause all nutrients are a downer.
