I don`t think this is specific to you but its a very good description of social anxietyIts almost like subconsciously I MAKE what I am saying have an alternative meaning because I am so scared not too..

Your enemy here is doubt man, try not to doubt yourself. Always speak to yourself in a wise voice in your head, very important. Soon as your mind starts doing that, retreat to your own world and switch to your own wise voice.
Its a loop of fear. Once your in the loop you will just find the next thing to be afraid of. Its like activating a search engine to hoover up bullshit out your head. Find your own way to stop that thing
All this being said, personally speaking, I don`t enjoy smoking with a group of people who aren`t my closest with no tolerance, just always end up too stoned to enjoy the company. I mean I`m usually paying for the weed, so I just think fuck this why not just smoke at home to some of my best chillout tracks... Do some yoga on the mat... mmmm.. Treat your head well dear`o dudes
