Thank you for the advice brother, truly it’s helping. Here are the pics of what they look like after doing; Removed the netting (seemed to be hurting more than helping with light. Removed all dead/dying leaves. Cleaned up and let more light in. Drilled several more holes. Adjusted the lights to 14-16in from canopy.
The yellowing was mostly just underneath the canopy, a few leaves that were shrived up were yellow, they are gone now too. My friend suggested to me that I should flush them, run water through them 3x, then next time I feed them use the half strength nutes. That was their suggestion, but my response was, wouldn't filling the buckets up 3 full times be an over watering nightmare? Yes I created more drainage and ability to absorb o2 but wouldn't that amount of water hurt?

To address the first part: After I removed the dead foliage and netting, picking up the pots they weren't very heavy, about 2-4 inches from the top was dry so after I gave them some TLC i put about a 1/4 gal of water to the sativa (better looking one), I noticed some water did come out of the holes I created. I did give the other one about a cup of water mostly by the stalk because that was the driest area. Before I went to bed (4 hrs into lights on) Both plants were perking back up and the very droopy (indica) was starting to flatten out.
