Why do all my leaves look like this?!?

The yellowing depends on what part of the plant it’s happening to.
If it’s on the bottom part, it’s just taking in the rest of the nitrogen it has left.
Top part could mean many things.
A picture is worth more than anything I’m saying tbh.

The picture you uploaded, those plants don’t look bad, just probably lacking a little o2

If I were you, I’d just continue feeding the amount you have been.
Maybe up the N slightly, if that’s what’s causing the yellowing (need pic).
Once you get the drooping problem solved, do as you said with half bloom.
Thank you for the advice brother, truly it’s helping. Here are the pics of what they look like after doing; Removed the netting (seemed to be hurting more than helping with light. Removed all dead/dying leaves. Cleaned up and let more light in. Drilled several more holes. Adjusted the lights to 14-16in from canopy.

The yellowing was mostly just underneath the canopy, a few leaves that were shrived up were yellow, they are gone now too. My friend suggested to me that I should flush them, run water through them 3x, then next time I feed them use the half strength nutes. That was their suggestion, but my response was, wouldn't filling the buckets up 3 full times be an over watering nightmare? Yes I created more drainage and ability to absorb o2 but wouldn't that amount of water hurt?

I’m just going to start off and say that I grow in strictly coco
So I’m not a 100% on this but,
I wouldn’t dump anymore water in those pots, just what you normally give
Maybe, just maybe if you had over fed them.
Visually that’s not the case.

Continue watering the one next to it(good looking one) the same.
Skip a watering on the droopy one.
If it looks as it’s perking up a little after skipping a water or two, start with the watering.

Question: when you water those.. do you get good runoff and make sure most the medium gets wet? Like do you water around the edges of the buckets or just the base of the plant?Maybe both?
How often do you water &
How much?

To address the first part: After I removed the dead foliage and netting, picking up the pots they weren't very heavy, about 2-4 inches from the top was dry so after I gave them some TLC i put about a 1/4 gal of water to the sativa (better looking one), I noticed some water did come out of the holes I created. I did give the other one about a cup of water mostly by the stalk because that was the driest area. Before I went to bed (4 hrs into lights on) Both plants were perking back up and the very droopy (indica) was starting to flatten out.

The 2nd part: When I'm usually watering (every 2-3 days) they get about 1/2 gal of RO water with 4ml of calmag per gal, when using nutes I have the Ionic brand that I was using 4 teaspoons per gal. I plan on adding just 2 per gal on the next watering. I am planing on not watering them for a few more days, check the weight to see how dry and possibly water after that. Last night I was taking a peak and checking the environment, moved my fans around and the airflow is much much better. Sitting at 80 degrees F, 50% rm. The indica is looking alot better, it sounds crazy man but I feel like removing that net made a huge difference. Do you think I may have had it pressing down too hard causing stress?

They are in week 6 right now (flower), there is no way they will be done in 2-3 weeks. Should I just let them keep going into possibly 12 weeks of flower, checking in on trichomes for cloudiness?
