Hiring "minorities" is cool, usually darker skinned means works harder, better, faster, stronger.
Keeping a mental note of your percieved "generosity and tolerance" is a different thing altogether.

In my defense their ain't many black people in the mountains I don't even know of an actual black man in town I have seen black kids with a white mother but they are kids and I don't advertise for help most drive an hour or so to work so I don't have to advertise and I pay cash tax free fuck the system.

Yeah, affirmative action won't work it's already been done. Only thing I can think black people can try is moving out of the city sure some racists in the mountains but most actually move to the city except the old retired ones. Only problem is most people have to make their own money but it's really not hard to do.

I'm sure it does help but most businesses around don't have a black employee but we don't have many black people so yeah it's not really possible for it to work that good when most rural areas are white towns and plenty of rich people in rural areas.

Universal healthcare has never been a platform of the Republican party. If it were, I would still be against it. It will not work because insurance for everyone in one big pool is not insurance, it is socialized medicine. I want smaller government including the repeal of Obamacare...
