Why aren't breeders trying to make strains with zero smell?

OK why aren't breeders trying to make strains with zero smell? I know the smellier the more potent but if someone came up with a strain with absolutely no smell during all phases of growth they would be a very rich person.

And I mean zero odor. There are some low odor strains yes but I mean in full flower jam my face in the buds no smell. Would sure solve alot of people's issues with neighbors and stuff.

Ok well maybe there is such a thing but I don't know about it...
 
Yeah that's precisely it. This is more the case for sativa strains though, you can get pretty low odour indica dominated strains which still pack quite a nice punch. I've already recommended Lemon Skunk for this reason today so I may as well recommend it again! It only really smells during the last 10-14 days of flowering. :)
 
HMMM, would you buy a bag of budz that had no smell? Personally, I love the smell of pot and with all the advances and products available for odor control, what would be the benefit?

Outdoor growing.................................. such as in your garden in an urban area
 
Unless you are growing in a legal state and your garden is totally secure and cannot be accessed by teenagers and such who may steal yor budz, get in troubkle and narc you out. OR, if you are doing a guerilla grow, I would not advise growing outdoors in an urban area anyway.
 
Man there is plenty of low odor strains,-Chronic-smells like apple blossom/candy,hardly like pot,then you have Euforia by dutch passion, big bud by sensi seeds, northernlights smells but again more of a apple blossom/earthy vibe,do your research,as there is plenty of low odor strains ;)
 
yep plenty of low odor strains and you can breed a low odor stain yourself a friend of mine did this he calls if GFP and it some good smoke, tastes a little perfumey but still good downside not much bag appeal. no matter what there is gonna be some odor although
 
the chinks have got it down to a fine art here, keys dont stink, ideal when your running around with the shit,and still the most potent shit around. and cheap...
 
we thought that when we first tried, they all love it now, not running around with a ten bag of shit that stinks at the end of the street, dont get me wrong we all love the stinky thats why we grow, but this sells itself. and its all profesionals who buy off us.
 
Pro or not if it does nt smell its not leavin the grower they are fussy as fuck down here its either cheese or fuck all lmao so i would nt wanna be tryin to get rid of smelless weed believe infact if my shit is nt sold already i wouldnt sell or grow even tho i love the stuff its not worth my ass sittin on bricks of weed imo!!
 
sit on it, fuck this is wales mate, its gone before we get it, happy daze........ and at half the price. you fuckers are to fussy.. if it gets me stoned i dont care what it smells like ( as long as it doesnt smell like shit or something), air freshener is only a quid in tescos that smells nice but i wouldnt smoke it.

all about turn over mate, no other grower in the uk can do 3 or 4 keys a week, if i was buying stinky might be able to get hold of one a month if lucky.

I was telling you why it would be useful, so you could just grow outdoors in your garden without neighbours smelling. Some people do it already.
 
If I want taste I will go to a candy or bake store, I want medicine. Not a flavor that will move quickly to the mindless droves on a street corner.
