Why Are Police Shows So... Not Correct

I keep watching police shows; NCIS, NUMB3RS, CSI, etc...
And they all do stupid things, like not have correct gun stance
Always ask someone to wait in the rear exit of the building (What if they run around you and out the front?)

Don't these things bother anyone else?
I mean sure I just accept it because they aren't actual cops, but you would think they would hire at LEAST a cop to consult.

Those shows are geared towards a stupid audience. They don't notice.

If it's on T.V. then it's probably stupid.
Almost everything on T.V. is completely retarded.

Nothing will be exact. It would take far more time in producing every episode of these shows by making it perfect.

Why are you not more concerned with the 100% bullshit that comes from Fox news, CNN, etc?

Because I got tired of listening to it all... so I literally haven't watched news for a very long time. I get all my news from the internet (BBC is good), if I want to see what they are putting out there. Also, I feel as if I actually learn something from some of these shows... because they sit there and say something on NUMB3Rs and I'll go on Google and research it for like an hour and then [assuming I wasn't too high to pause it] resume the episode (probably why I miss a lot of things in the shows).
