Why are page navigation bars only at the bottom of the page?

Not a big deal, but I’ve been wondering if there is any way to put page navigation buttons (previous, next, etc) at the top as well as the bottom of the page. Probably a reason it doesn’t exist already, but curious.

Thanks for all the hard work the admin put in here.

Safari on ipad or phone. In either case, I only see navigation options at the bottom. Hmm,

Turn your phone sideways and they will appear

you have to turn it side ways theres not enough room for the page display on phones
