white widow auto flower problem ?

I am new to growing one of my white widow auto flower plants look funny, It's flowering but does not really have buds
any advise would be great

How old is it and how many hours of sun does it get. My brothers autos never really did well out doors compared to when I got him to do indoors under 18/6

I am in Virginia so probably 11 hours a day but it was real hot in august

Looks like it's budding to me. Not very well but that's grower related or just plain old poor genetics seems like to me. Or just not enough exp. That's not meant to be mean either I just say it how's I sees it
