I heard rounds going off. Very well could've been full auto. Didn't quite sound like a full auto.
The rhythm was off a bit.
I've only heard bits here and there. Its hard to tell when they only show a few seconds of video at a time.
There would be a lot of money in 10+ full auto weapons. Full autos are legal but very expensive.
They could have been fitted with bump fire stocks or illegally modified.

I think he had two rooms he was shooting from, He was a airplane Pilot also which requires medical test to see if he had any psychological Problems.
It's hard to say why, but I am sure they will find out.
