Illmatic - HANDS DOWN CLASSIC...only downfall is the fact that it only has 9 full songs (however Murs & 9th Wonder proved that you dont need 18 tracks to make consistently great albums)..notable tracks: It Aint Hard To Tell, The Genesis, The World Is Yours...

It Was Written - BRIIIIICK!!!...like i said a couple hot songs...notable tracks: Affirmative Action, The World Is Yours, & If I Ruled The World

I Am - decent at best...this whole CD was hit and miss every other song...notale tracks: NYSOM pt. 2, Nas Is Like & Undying Love

Nastradamus - SUPER BRIIIIIIIIIICK!...goddamn this was a horrible CD...besides the Genuwine feature on You Owe Me, the only thing this disk was good for was a drink coaster.

Stillmatic - THE RETURN...after 3 crap CDs, NaS dropped another sick CD...you could listen to this without skipping a track IMO...better then Illmatic for me.

God's Son - BACK TO THE BRICKS...4 good songs, the rest is grade a GARBO.

Street Disciple - meh...you get glances of the old NaS but its mostly filler material...out of 25 tracks, 10 might be worthy of a listen...

Untitled - BRIIIIIIIICK...need i say more...stir up controversy because your album is garbage...and then back down at the last second only to call your album UNTITLED...marketing at its worst, matched the music though (further proof of this was discovered when i found Untitleds unreleased bonus tracks online earlier this week..."Fear Of The Mandingo" may be the worst NaS song EVER!!!!)

im jus gonna speak on his last album... "Untitled" IMO is a GREAT ALBUM. the subject matter... no1 else is talking about these things except for NAS. the reason it was called UNTITLED is because it couldnt be released under the origional title of "NIGGER" - but you already knew that.

like i said before, if you understood what he was talking about, he would be KoNY. i like Jay, i just dont think he is KoNY any more, he raps about the same shit using different words... his last few albums were OK as best.

if you think record sells are what places the crown... then you have no clue as to what hip hop is. made the most money? i could give a fuck how much money a rapper has, jay is rich as fuck - but he is fallin off.

i think you mixin up the ingredients in the puddin!

NaS may be the one of the only people walking the earth who's able to say "Im a better lyricist then Jay-Z", but were not talking about lyricists...were talking about the "KoNY"...NaS may have songs where he spits shit iller then anything Jay has ever thought to utter, but as a complete package, Jay holds the crown without a doubt...anyone who argues against that is just playing devils advocate.

hahaha...i used to textcee with Immortal Technique, Diabolic, and DZK on rapmusic waaaaaaaay back in the day before they started Viper Records...that was around the same time that Eyedea ripped Immortal Technique...

only thing about IT is that he hasnt grown as an artist at all...the guy im hearing today is the same guy i heard on Revolutionary Vol. 1...change the subject already
