Which is better? ICEBOX or FRESCA SOL?

ICEBOX advantages:
-keeps everything in the room cool i.e. ballasts, chillers, dehumidies, etc
ICEBOX disadvantages
-buying an expensive ass chiller

FRESCA advantages
-says it does not need a chiller if you have a 50gal rez that you can devote to the light.
FRESCA disadvantages
-Water leak + light bulb = if something goes wrong all hell breaks loose.

Anyone have an opinion to help me pick the winner?

Ive already had a leak on my fresca sol and it dont blow the bulb it just leaks out the ends,so you can throw that rumor out,the only thing I'm going to install extra is a thermal switch for a 82 degree cut off
