Where to buy: Metal wires/cables with clips on one end for hanging lights?

I'm looking for somewhere to buy the metal cables the with clip on the end that come with some lighting kits? They Y off from the ratchet rope.

I'd also be interested in other DIY light hanging solutions. (that I can also use when giving likes to friends). I'm just drilling holes in the aluminum frames and figured the cables and clips would work without having to clean up the drill holes.

Local home depot. Buy 1/16" cable and ferrule clamps. Buy some GOOD CRIMPS.
Yet welcome.

Best hangers are LONG eyelit bolts, with 2 washers on either side and a nut on top of those on each side.
Loop for rope ratchet and a nice long leg for keeping things off the ground.

I've seen a few dudes use fishing leaders rated for heavier loads (or whatever they call it in the world of fishing).

This is what I do. More room to get them higher if needed as well, I can get them right up to the top of the tent if needed. With that cables you're limited on how high you can pull them up by however long the cables are. It's also nice to be able to set them down on the ground without worrying about the diodes touching anything.

Shown here on the second and third picture mostly.

And, just put a drill bit a few sizes higher than you used for the hole, and very gently go over the hole on both sides, it will clean it up for you

Thanks for all the advice everyone!

Those are exactly what I was talking about! (though I was thinking 2 wires instead of 4 each)

I'll have to look up prices and check my motivation level, my buddy insists he has a homemade crimper that'll work great (but also wants to buy the $40 one to have one) and I like DIY for adaptability. Those wire hangers are reasonably priced though...

I have a strong dislike for those hangers, myself. Single-anchor point hangers cause your fixture to unpredictably rotate, and though you can use them with a two-anchor configuration, I don't like how long the damn things are... But to each their own! I just use chain, carabiners, and ratchet pulleys, and I can do without the pulleys if necessary.

That's what I use heavy duty fishing leaders rated at 100 pounds I attach them to some key rings and run my ratchets to those
