where can i ge free image resizing software?

this shit is pissing me off, i got a 10MP digital a month and a half ago and i cant fucking post on the forums!!!!! Why? you might ask.....because ther forums uploading crap is to small, im not going to take crappy 640*640's at fucking 4mp and people wont take the time to click a fucking photobucket link. *rantrantrant*

Install Linux and run Gimp...All free and easy to use.
