I am a beginner, growing sativa strain, feminised Sour Diesel from a breeder Blimburn seeds, using a 600W HPS lamp.
I switched 12/12 on March 6., they say the strain has 70 - 75 days of flowering time.
Some people say days are counted from 12/12, and the other say from the first appearing buds onwards. I'm confused here and don't know what's true.
I marked the average date on which she should be ripe, and that is May 17 if counted from 12/12 switch. Buds are hardened well now. As I look at her, it seems to me that it can already be harvested, but trychomes show different situation. I don't want couch lock effect neither too early one with a headache.
My only mistake was I fertilised too much with N and bloom nutrition, so buds had vitaminish smell, so I've decided to do a flush with plain water for three weeks till now.
I'm afraid that my girl will be deprivated of important nutrition of bloom fertilizer at the stage of flowering / maturing.
Should I use bloom fertilizer just once again or just plain water till harvest?
What do you think guys, is she ready to harvest or should I wait one week or two+?
