when to begin ScrOG?

Hello,
i have one lady under 100w of Cfl's, about 45-50days in veg (lost count) 7" tall. Getting a 400w and 180w led panel in a few weeks. She has been topped/fimmed a few times, now im low stress training and super cropping her (in the process of recovering).
she is in a Dwc bucket, i plan on scrogg'n her, and draining the system using a "buckethead" wet/dry vac.

one problem im not sure how tall she should be before i start scrogg'n her.
I have about 2ft more of grow space.

Really, the question to ask is how thick can the canopy be before you lose ample lighting. Then, stretch the plant to the size of the grow space and screen away.

lol idkk... im kinda confused.. i thought the buds would grow on top the screen so canopy density was irrelevent.

You need to put the screen up now. And put the light higher so it stretches.

Lose the cfl because 50 days of veg would have that plant three times bigger with a MH. And you'd be flipping by now
