When to address ph

I’ve had all sorts of trouble with these, which germinated around thanksgiving. Overwater, underwater, nutrient overload/deficiency

Through it all they’re not dead which I’m guessing’s a miracle. It’s my first indoor attempt.

It makes sense that each of these errors mimics the other based on what I’ve read, so I’ll appreciate your view on one thing I haven’t touched: ph. My water is from a spring and is slightly alkaline, and the plant soil routinely measures 7.0. Given the optimal upper target being 6.5-6.8, would you bother messing with it? I’m tempted to add a touch of vinegar to my next watering.

Maybe the yellowing is because nutrients aren’t being absorbed? Thanks.

No to the vinegar
What is that soil ?
I run in peat and never ph my well water is 8.1
I’m concerned your aren’t watering to runoff and are allowing the little runoff you have to reabsorb ?
I don’t think you have a ph issue per say
Mine stay green 37D09547-F5FD-4159-87CB-49A075B6B311.jpeg

Thanks ya, I wasn’t too jazzed about chasing the soil ph so your responses are a relief. I’ll dial back the fans. Soil is specifically oriented toward this hobby and has perlite, peat, earthworm casings etc. I’ve struggled with temp and humidity, trying to keep temp from going above 85. Most cycles I’m around 80 with 50 rh.

I jacked the light to 100 percent a few days ago because were probably in the late flowering stage and that’s when the tips started getting crispy. I think I’m just going to let them ride for the next five days or so without messing around with nutrients etc and also put the lights to maybe 85%. They’re about 2 feet above the tallest bud and that’s the reco from the manuf. Spider SF2000 200 watt led in a 2x4 tent.

Also….watering to runoff and the sacks are on large pebbles on a way so that reasorption can’t occur, am watering to runoff.

needs food and proper wet/dry cycles. those pebbles arent enough lift to allow enough runoff, they are probably reabsorbing some of it. looks like 5g pots, should be getting at least .25g runoff, but I would prefer closer to .5g

temps/rh is fine

I found that it's best to have your fans as low to the ground and plant as possible blowing the cool air upwards around The plants, kept my temps in the 73.4°-77F... but when i had the fans higher blowing around the light it could reach 86F or even higher on a hotter day, so if it works for me it will work for anyone. Did my head in for acouple of days moving my fans all over the tent finding that sweet spot because i did prefer it above canopy but it just didn't make sense to do so specially during summer here.

Remove all that dead shit below the canopy specially near the soil.

I don't know what your feeding but Give them a some food, Pk, Molasses, Epsom salt, whatever you can get your hands on and just try your best to see it through till the end and improve and learn more for the next one.

Thanks. They’re 3 gallon. It’s tough to describe and harder to see in a pic, but pebbles aren’t the right word. They’re small round rocks like you find in a stream, five underneath each plant so that they’re sitting a couple inches above the tray.

Nice, I’ll move the fans. A bit reluctant to feed as we’re probably two weeks from harvest and they have evidence of nutrient burn. I might try some liquid seaweed “natures harvest” in the next watering.

them plants look like they into the week 3 or 4 of flower, easy got 4 weeks left, if they been flowering for longer well they have been stunted or have a long flowering time.
