you aren't using UVB lights until flowering
Use a 10% UVB Reptile bulb if you can, though be prepared to pay 40 bucks for an 18 inch fluorescent bulb

no theyre not that pricey. i payed 15 for a 26w spiral 10.0 uvb.
you dont use them till floering,theyll fryyuor sedling if u uset it now

Yours is a spiral, mine is a linear tube. Big difference 
I hit up several reptile stores around here, even the PetCo, all 18-inch 15 watt 10% UVB bulbs were like 40 bucks. No spirals in sight.
