really confused i dont know whom to believe anymore im going to veg them for another month or til they have nice sidebranches i dont have height issues for my room is 8.5ft tall again i dont want to have 1 cola plants lolquite confused

all i want to ask is if i flower them now without sidebranching will they turn to 1 cola plants? or should i veg them 1 month more so total of 2 months veg, i know i f'd up the lights but thats all i can get here i added some cfl's mid level hoping the sidebranches wil form nicely now

side branches will keep growing and yes you will have one cola with a bunch of little ones down low, but if you top it and wait a week to flower you will end up with more growth from the side branches so they will be closer to the light so you will have more large colas. vegging longer will not make them catch up to the top you have to stop the top to let the sides catch up.

I would veg them up some more. 8 inches is nothing. Are they even mature yet? I have some blue cheese that's 10 inches now and bushy as ever but it's still not mature.
With only a 400 I would top them or lst them. If you flower now the amount of bud you get will disapoint you.
Mine get put into flowring at 30 inches.
