When do rockwool cube seedlings need nutrients???

Starting out with a propagation tray and dome with rockwool cubes. All my babies have germinated and are about an inch tall. Have an ebnflow system and lights waiting. I know they need to stay in the tray for a few weeks but not sure on the nutrients. Should i be adding already to the water???? I have Thrive alive and a seedling starter fluid.
By the way I ordered from Attitude Seeds and all my seeds germinated!!!!

yeah start em with some seedling start fluid low dose and water

i like to only feed root solution untill a big mass of roots is on bottom then i start mild and gradually increse nutes

thanks for the help. I also wondered if it was necessary to have an enclosure. I have a huge basement with plenty of room.
