When and how did you learn to roll?

I got a machine from Tops the other day...it fills the tabacco tubes...I can roll those fuckers for under $1 a pack now!...and you can match any flavor or brand with some experimenting....I don't smoke either, but the ol' lady was killing my cash at $7 a pack
 
I learned when i was 18 and just liked smoking j's
plus i like doing picky elaborate works and rolling seemed perfect for that.

Impressive. I once knew a woman whose father could ride a horse on the Idaho backcountry and roll a cig of course one handed. One hand with the rein, the other one one rolling. All the moving too makes it awesome.

Oh and also the best rolling i've ever seen was this girl from spain that would grind the weed with her hands then take the paper in between her fingers and BAM you couldn't see it the joint was done and perfect.
 
The first time I smoked was 1969. Right then I KNEW I intended to smoke a LOT more, for a LONG time.

So I bought a pack of papers and a sack of pipe tobacco and sat down and started practicing. I rolled that tobacco for a cou0ple of hours, and sure enough, by the end of the day I had it down pretty good.

This is Truth, man. It KILLS me to see folks roll really great weed! Most of it gets wasted. A one-toke pope is the way to go when the weed is fine. Another problem with joints is, you almost feel compelled to finish it. So, you end up more fucked up than you wanted to be AND wasted good weed.

i bought my first bag at 15. i rolled it all up, unrolled it all, and rolled it all up again. by the time i was done i had a bunch of nice pregnant joints! took me awhile to get rid of the bulge in the middle! :)

my ex couldn't roll and would always pack a pipe to toke. i would show her that about 1/4 of what she puts in the pipe, would get her just as high, without the waste. she could care less and continued to piss away my pot! lol
 
i started rollin when i was 13 because where im from a joint goes roller,owner doner( who donates the smoke, it was hash then). so the older people used to get use to buy it and the would roll it but once you can roll youself we didnt need them. a joint over here is two skins stuck together.

a pipe,bong is good but i think you can enjoy a joint more.
 
I learned to roll while I was living in Vancouver. One of the guys I met at the New Amsterdam Cafe showed me his technique and from there I made it into my own. Up until that point I had been using an old time rolling machine that I obtained when I was younger, but I must say there is nothing like being able to roll up the perfect joint and then receive compliments on your skill during the smoke. A very rewarding feeling it is.

i still cant even roll properly.. even youtube'd ' how to roll ' ..

the best i've found and its E A S Y is the ' credit card ' method, if you guys want, i can post the vid?

Yes they work ,

I dont even remember how to roll ,

My roller made me very lazy lol

They have blunt rollers also ,

But imo they dont work to well ,

Cyclones are ok ,

I like to take a grape owl and twist the tobacco out and stuff it with about 7 grms .:eyesmoke:
 
Wen i was 15 i had jus moved into a new neighborhood and a couple friends invited me to skip school one day to smoke. wen i got there, there were a few packs of tops and about a half oz of sour diesel, kush, and some type of purp (mixed) and one friend jus told me to give it a try and dont stop till im too high or i get it right lol :bigjoint:
 
When I was fourteen my "friend" busted up two ounces on the table in front of me and told me to get at it.
Later that afternoon, I subsequently knew how to roll.
Practice makes... joints?
