thats been going on in the uk for years, some people are greedy bastards who dont care what they sell you harmful or not, a bit like some drug dealers
a local bar owner where i used to drink got caught watering the draught beer down, he had lots of certificates on the wall for keeping a good pint, we used to wind him up by asking him where the certificate from the local water authority was, or we used to to hold the glass up and say it looks like rain, he barred us all eventually
