Whats wrong with my baby girl!!!!!!!!! :(

Hello people i have this plant that has been growing beautifully (this is my first grow) but lately it has been getting this brown spots on about 70% of its leaves and the first set of leaves completely died off and one of the 3 fingered leaves is getting there too..

My box has 420 watts of cfl lighting and my temperatures are about 77-82F during day and 60-65 at night. i keep my lights about an inch from the canopy

I just want to know whats wrong, the plant is a little over 3 weeks old, potted in FFOF soil and I've been watering every 3-4 days. I have fed with a 1/2 strength mild fertilizer once and have been feeding with a CalMag supplement because some of the symptoms looked like calcium deficiency and the guy at my hydro store said it wouldn't hurt to add it. I have been stabilizing the ph every time i water to about 6.5.

This is killing me because i don't know whats wrong and it seems to be getting worse....

BTW this is also happening to some of my other plants, but this one seems to have it worse.

Thanks for the post and the pics. It sounds to me like you are doing everything right. In my opinon it looks like it might be a little nute/chem burn, but you said your PH is good. i try to stay in the lower PH range (5.8-6.2) when in early veg. Are you using chlorine free water? Sometimes that can cause the spots on the leaves and the serrated look on the leaf can be a sign too. Improper PH causes nutes to do different things depending on the degree of nutrient lockout. It looks fixable to me though. I might try repotting with new Ocean Forrest and no suppliments for a week or so. All-in-all it looks good to me tho'. Peace

Is that a 4" pot? I would definitely re-pot that into a 1 -3 gallon and give it straight, ph'd water for a few days. Should be fine then I think.

^ That's exactly what i was thinkin, once the plant has expanded out its root system it starts to become "root-bound" def put in a bigger pot with fresh soil and allow her to breathe, Ocean Forest is known for giving a little bit of a burn if you dont watch it with the more sensitive strains, having experienced it first hand. What are the "half-strength nutes" you have been using? What do you have for reflective material?

Plant looks fine, no reason why she cant be grown into a heady crop

Hey thank you for the help! i transplanted the plant about a week ago. The notes i use are from my local hydro store but they are a 1.6-2.8-6.8 base and a 2.8-0-0 grow part i also feed a CalMag supplement. I use reflective mylar inside my box
