From seed or sprout or when they showed signs of flower? Either way, that's pretty quick

63 days from sprout to harvest. Trichs were cloudy.

You could grow the same way with photo's with a lesser light schedule. 12/12 from seed. You don't need fucking ditch weed in your shit to grow weed quickly. You're spending at least 25% more on hydro doing it with autos.

This is the type of guy I was talking about, the I grow autos because I don't have to change my lights schedule. Sooooooo silly. You don't have to change your lights or have a seperate room for 12/12 from seed either. You can clone. You have options. With autos you don't. Grow the shit, you might find the best one under the sun good for you. Now it's gone. Cause you can't clone the fucking garbage so what good is it? even if you find the killer auto it's a waste of time is what it is.

Afghan Kush Ryder, Think Different, AutoMazar... Can these really be labeled as "Waste of time..." or "Ditch" To each their own I have grown autos that matched if not bettered certain photo strains. Everyone grows different but all these opinions that aren't backed by anything is mis-information. That is all I have read on this thread is mis-info and y'all need to THINK DIFFERENT or just keep silent

If you're happy with what you have then so be it. Some auto's can be potent never said they couldn't, they are inconsistent and uncloneable (if you want to achieve any sort of yield)

Something to look at.

For me, the auto is a great in between-er plant, having finished of my tote, and still 2-3 months out for the photos to finish, drop some auto beans on the germinator ,, my favourite is Short Stuff Auto#1, done and dusted in 2 months ...lol

Smoking autos are like smoking marlboros, they may make you look "cool" but they both don't do shit other than waste your time and make you smell bad. If your really backing the auto industry what you need to do is go down and have your shit tested and then show us some high testing autos.

people hate on auto flowers cause they dont like smoking 1/4 of a cig of it then having to quit cause they go blind from how high they are

Growing Autos is like growing with Miracle Grow -- don't do it unless you have a NEED to do it that way.

I really appreciate any and all input, but the reason I started this thread, here in the autoflower section was because I kinda wanted some input from people who have ran same strains. I knew that if I posted it in other parts of the forum, I'd get all the comments saying they are useless, and a waste of time and not potent, etc. Not that your comments and input are unwelcome Mr. Head. But, I already knew your opinion, and feel free to give it, but like I said, that's why I posted it here, so all the auto haters wouldn't have to be offended.

newto420 all i can tell you is to get a few auto and regular seeds and try them out. only you can tell if they are a waste of time or not. if you are looking for fast and good autos that flower in 9 to 10 weeks then go with sour60 or 60day wonder. dinafem and dutch passion also have some good autos, shortstuff as well. like i said i been smoking close to 20 years and cant tell if a plant has rudis or not. there are autos out there with 15 to 20% thc and in the short time they are done they are worth a try. you can have all your plants in one room no need for a veg and flower. but if you have the space then go and grow regular but give autos atleast a try. hope i helped

I just finished a few blue auto mazars and an afghan kush ryder not to long ago. The AKR will blow you on your ass, the potency is there and more then lots of photo plants. I was given about 3 ounces from it in less then 65 days from seed under 400 watt hps. My BAM''s are slightly less potent and produced 108 grams and 148 grams dried in 75 days . I know you will only underestimate the Bam's once lol then you have a new found respect for them. I only saw one disadvantage and it may very well be negligible. I ran 20-4 the whole time. But I did not have to clone any mommas or flower in a different room so the "extra" hours on everyday are prolly the same or a little less time as running photos. To the OP. You cannot go wrong with the Blue Auto Mazars for yield or potency, Afghan Kush Ryders for slightly less yield and over 22% Thc . They are not junk and they do have there purposes but they may not be for everybody. All I can say is try one of the better ones out there and make your mind up for yourself

I grow autos during the veg cycle of my photos. I'll agree there are some crap strains out there but having grown ww side by side, I'd have to say photo is better.....but...not by much depending on the strain. I also grow auto Durga mata and it's photo strain side by side. The auto version is still very potent but nothing in comparison to its photo strain. Same can be said for bb. Taste and high is prolly 60% better on the photo. I prefer my autos outdoors. The ones I like are short and a lot easier to hide from my neighbor. I also find the yiel, potency and taste a lot better when done outdoors. One of my favorite autos are the transsiberian and afghan kush

People can bash auto's all they like. I couldn't give two sheets. And the word ruderalis is not as negative as some try to make it seem. I switched to autoflowers and have never looked back. Quicker to grow. Which was the number 1 reason I switched. My auto's are as potent or more so than any dispensary product I have purchased. Their general health is always good. And they are easier to deal with over-all. Since I have been utilizing the SolarStorm 200 Bloomer, my yield is even better. I like it so much that I decided to buy another SolarStorm 200 bloomer. Current Diesel Ryder is running 24/7. I prefer that lighting schedule and will adhere to that for now on.

I picked up some Buddha magnum autos on my last order. I have read all the hype about autos, good and bad, and I found a decent niche for myself. I read up on a lot of strains and found grow journals on the strains. This magnum strain would likely be a waste indoors, they get huge. But outdoors, they are capable of producing nearly a pound, from what I have read. In a climate that can be hit or miss when it comes time to harvesting because of frost. We will be doing a couple of photos outdoors, but am looking forward to an early harvest witg the autos. It all seems to come down to genetics. If I were to grow an auto, indoors, it would be of the lowryder variety.
