What's going on here?

Plants in veg light is roi720 36" away at 50 percent which is around 400 per my par meter

Growing in coco 70/30
Ec was high but ph was stable. Regardless flushed it down already. Temp: average 78f
Humidity: average 59

Also added nitro boost and calmag may have some nitrogen deficiency.

Had some mites previously took care if that, and also thrips and taking care of it now. Not sure if thrips will do this.

Kinda hard to say one way or another.
Things that cause that leaf curl can include temp, humidity, overwatering, too high ec. Etc.
I'd check there first

Not overwatering, plus in coco it's kinda hard. Temp and humidity never in extreme levels.

I'm hoping the high ec was causing it. And flushed it down already. I don't think it's the lights.

You know based on my having to dim my Scorpion Diablo X down to 40% in flower and looking at your plants I'm wondering if dimming it a tad might help! Now I just started growing with LEDs so you may not wish to listen to me but it couldn't hurt for a few days.

Shit sorry accidentally reported this post.

But yeah gonna go ahead and lower it like u said can't hurt at this point.

You must really not want to dim that light  don't worry about it.

Exactly and it will give you some information too. I really hope it helps. Essentially for mites and thrips they look pretty good.
Plants are in pretty good shape, after transporting them to a new room, and transplanting them, they were already in bad shape when we brought them. But got them back to health, took care if the mites and the thrips almost. Just need this fixed so I can flip them. They're getting too big.

Another question, at what week should my lights be at full power. I know there is no rule to this but ideally I want full power as early as possible. Thats why I was kinda hesitant to lower then now. Do you guys bump it up right after the flip or do you gradually increase them.
