What’s going on here ?

Thx for the replies folks. I’m going to stick it out and see how things come out in the end. Organics may not be for me. Really bummed i didn’t follow my own thoughts re: starting seeds. Regardless, even the healthy looking plant is growing at a snails pace. I have never seen herb grow soooo slow. Happy holiday weekend, cheers
