Carnitas tacos.
We had enormus Ribeye's last night so lots of left over steak that I chunked up & made a Chili before 0800 so it can be on low all day.
Corn bread & some Pickled Okra will pare nicely.

Last of Thanksgiving turned into yummy bowl food.

Cod steamed in foil packet with butter. Onion and tomato served over rice. It came out good. Merry Christmas all.
