What's For Dinner Tonight?

Fuck yes finally. Will post dinner tonight...it's still noon here in Cali. Rain finally gave me a day off. I'm vaping this homegrown aurora indica from nirvana seeds, best strain I've grown, running it again this year.

This is just market bought cheese mate. Old Amsterdam is a branded cheese. It's not even the oldest by a long shot...you can see the older it gets the more salt crystals build up.

i added too much almond milk by accident was not thinking next time ill make it thicker :)

Mmmmmn, medjool dates, I buy at least a half kilo every week...I wonder why anyone would buy any other sort of date tbh.
 
Meatballs

Just put these in the fridge,

beef mince
pickled onions
garlic
sweet chill sauce
bread crumbs
egg
salt, pepper

Will serve with pasta and warm passata sauce with some Italian herbs, little cheese on top.

simple and delicious sounding number4, much the same as my own meatball recipe minus a few chilli flakes and i only ever use the egg yolk. must have been good if there's no plated up pic haha
 
They were the business haha, clean plates from everyone. Was in such a rush to eat I forgot to take the picture.

I'll try it with just the egg yolk next time, thanks for the tip.
