Sliced ham , salad and boiled potatoes with butter and s + p

Duck shanks with steamed beans , asparagus and baby corn with butter and crushed garlic
plating was messy as hell but tasted so nice !

Tis not a size of sausage, it's a type, with regard to flavouring. Like old english, tolouse, merguez, etc.

fucking stove broke last night, foot of snow on the way tomorrow. grilling in a winter storm sounds like fun...hope we can fix this thing though :(

Ribs? :) tray of dry rub,and tray of "bbq marinade" (just threw lots of things in a pan and reduced, tastes delicious! :))
