This was last night - Moose tenderloin marinaded in balsamic vinegar & olive oil w/ garlic & cracked pepper.
Grilled asparagus (marinated in Italian dressing) and we shared a acorn squash prepped w/ brown sugar & butter.





Tonight is Frenched rack of lamb (marinading as we speak).
