What's best for new growers?

So I'm pretty new to this.. I did grow some in my closet in the 90's ;)

I'm doing a 2 - 20x15x7' rooms with 2-1000 watt Sun Systems XXXL hoods.
2 - 12 site DWC Under Current with air stones. I'm doing water chillers and possibly co2 if I don't run out of money by the time I'm done with my build. I'm starting mother plants from seed and I'm building an aeroponic cloner.

What strains would the community recommend? Ease of growth, overall weight and most loved by the world?

Thanks to all in advance!

If you want some feminized seeds then delicious seeds, dinafem seeds, HSO seeds and DNA/reseva prida. For regular seeds I'd try Bodhi, sin city and some of the other US breeders. If you live in a legal state you can acquire good clones from reputable stores/clubs.

I personally would not recommend doing auto flower plants if you are wanting mother plants, seeing as you can't really achieve that with autos.

So I'm a little confused. I'm starting a new grow and as I rummage around for ideas I get this notion that there are problems with feminized seeds. Mainly going hermi on you. Or am I confused. The risk the other way, reg seeds, is all males. I'm sure the answers are here but this forum is ..uh..big!
Wait don't answer till I'm stoned.............................................O.K. go ahead.

Both have their advantages. The only downside I've taken into consideration in regards to feminized seeds is the lack of chromosomes from missing "father" when you breed with feminized. But that being said I've pollinated feminized plants with male pollen just for the hybrid. As far as fems being more hermie prone, maybe but not enough that I've noticed a difference. I will say that I've found more top notch keepers in regular seeds than I have feminized. Not sure if that's just my experience or a shared experience.

Feminized nor regulars are either more likely to hermie. Genetics and environment (aka grower error) cause hermies.

From what I've read you're spot on.
There is one benefit for it though! You'll get 100% feminized seeds from the buds..

I'd like to do this intentionally to get free seeds. If it was done in separate rooms would it jump rooms? Or should it be done in an entirely different building?

You can work with pollen safely and judiciously, in separated rooms if you take basic air ventilation and circulation precautions, but may end up with a few extra seeds here and there anyway. Not a huge deal, I wish I had enough space to do it.

If you are in a legal state have you considered chasing down some elite cutting-only lines?

For beans I would recommend Sin City and Dynasty seeds as well as all of the aforementioned breeders. They produce mostly regulars but Sin has some fems that are great.

There is so much fire out there, it depends what you want. You could focus on any combination of yields, quality, ease of growing, cbd content, length of flowering cycle, or smell and taste just to name a few things, and they don't always line up together well. Everyone wants it all, but there are always trade-offs, it seems.

What are your priorities, OP?

You are building two 20x15 rooms with 1000w each?

I'm a newb, but everything I've seen says you need 1000w for a 5x5 space. So you are trying to light 300 sq feet with the light meant for 25? Am I missing something?

We went over the lighting per square footage problem in another thread, he is getting that straightened out.

Quality and yield are what I'm after.. I'm in Michigan

I'm doing 4- 1000w Sun System XXXL 8" sealed hoods. The rooms will be 10x10 with 3 plants per light.
