What type of light should I use for a small scrog grow?

Hey everyone. I am still planning a small scrog grow. I have a tent that is 36x20x60. I will be growing just 1 plant. I was wanting to know what light would be good. I was thinking maybe a 2ft x 6bulb T5 light or a 250 watt hps cool tube light. Which light would be better for light coverage and the money?

youre going to have to keep the t5 close in veg then raise the hps when you flower. I think you should look into a couple of LEDs, but I have had good results with just cfls. You just gotta make sure you can keep them as close as you can without burining the babies

I'd put a area 51 xgs 190 in there. or otherwise if you go HPS route remember you can dim your digital ballast down to 50% of total power. Might as well start off with a 600w setup. Will last you much longer and you won't need to do anything more than buy a different bulb and turn a knob to change your setup.
