What is this "spork" you speak of? Is it some future mythical technology that will never be leapfrogged by the constant evolving cannabis seed?

doesn't the greenhouse affect make it warm and humid? since there is saran wrap with ellastic band over it. and does it need to be in dark place or the greenhouse effect just needs to be warm and humid?

paper towels work i germinated 45 seeds at once, all but four didn't pop, used in conjunction of a heat pad on low, took 2days had 5 different strains germinating

I recently switched to peat pellets and humidity dome. I was die hard paper towel. I like the peat pellets because as soon as you see sprout you can transplant the whole thing.

man i am in michigan , in april i planted a big ol bag of just bagseed all over the place outside my house and behind all the houses on my alley. i also germed a couple at home for me to experiment with . the only weed growin here is in my house not one seed i planted outside grew. belive it or not i tryed to get them out of the ground, natta nothin. i also tryed in a cup for 3 days nothin, took the same seeds in paper towel and they popped in less than 12 hours , maybe if i left them they would have opened but then again they never sank in the water . guess there are alot of variables!!!

pete breaks down and becomes acidic over time not good and the netting chokes the root development for a little while, humidity dome and a heat pad on low and i see roots in 5 days with rw cubes soak in olivias solution, clones or seed

Not true about the net chocking roots, please prove this.

That netting wont choke your plants.... If you soak it properly that netting is fine....

I really doubt using peat pellets will affect your ph...

Peat pellets are great and they are way cheaper than rock wool...

To o/p the guy who said to plant the seeds pointy side down is spot on... I think the guy who came up with paper towel method didnt get that memo...

My buddy just waters his pot thuroughly plants the seed and set them under the 400w mh.. Prolly a waste of electricty but thats just how he rolls.. It works for him...

Paper towel vs putting them in water or soil

I tried putting them in a glass of water - not all cracked

When i put them in a damp paper towel (and keep it damp, don't let it dry out) they all cracked - I know everybody has their own preferences but why change something that works???

From now on i'll onlly use the paper towel method - not everybody uses soil - if you do hydro - use the paper towel method

Ive tryed soil and paper towel and the same results outa loadsa grows and say out of 10 seeds planted in soil or paper towel and normaly 1 dont pop no real differance. but i like to do paper towel so i no how many i get to pop and im not filling pots with soil for no reason to me thats the only reason to do paper towel theres no diff in seeds popin at all, and i wait till they break the surface and thats it lights on.
